During his involvement in Measurement and Verification of energy efficiency projects, the founder of Akiligreen witnesses how inefficient tools and poor operation lead to waste of huge amount of resources. According to Akiligreen's founder, although most companies have a clear understanding of their operation, deep knowledge of available tools and technologies, and visibility of operational performance are often the two ingredients that organizations lack to achieve optimal efficiency.
